Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 to 3 med Roma tomatoes
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of Rotini pasta
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: add cold chicken
Directions
- Cook pasta and let cool
- Peel and cut cucumber into 3/4 inch squares (you can also de-seed)
- Dice tomatoes into 3/4 inch squares
- Optional: cut chicken into 3/4 inch cubes
- Add cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese, italian dressing, and salt and pepper to pasta
- Mix
